We are seeking a diligent and experienced Operator to manage and maintain our Tetra processing and packaging machinery in Varanasi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the efficient operation of equipment, ensuring production targets are met while adhering to strict quality and safety standards. This role requires a strong understanding of industrial machinery, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to operational excellence.
- Operate and monitor Tetra processing and packaging machines according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform routine checks and adjustments to ensure optimal machine performance and product quality.
- Monitor production parameters, including temperature, pressure, and flow rates, making necessary corrections as needed.
- Conduct regular quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet specified standards and regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical or operational issues and perform basic preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime.
- Record production data, machine performance metrics, and quality control results accurately and promptly.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, company policies, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to maintain a safe and hygienic working environment.
- Collaborate effectively with the maintenance team for complex repairs and scheduled equipment servicing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and machinery at all times.
- Assist in training new operators on machine operation, safety protocols, and quality procedures.
- Identify and report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality deviations to the supervisor immediately.
