Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Magento/Shopify Listing Executive to manage product listings and catalog operations on our e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating and maintaining product listings, inventory updates, and catalog management on Magento and/or Shopify.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Create and manage product listings on Magento and/or Shopify platforms.
- Upload products with accurate titles, descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images.
- Maintain product catalogs and category structures.
- Update inventory levels and pricing regularly.
- Ensure product information accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product data collection and image management.
- Optimize listings for better visibility and customer experience.
- Monitor and resolve listing errors or discrepancies.
- Perform bulk uploads using CSV/Excel templates.
- Maintain records of listing activities and updates.
- Support promotional campaigns, discounts, and product launches.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Magento Admin Panel and/or Shopify Admin.
- Experience in product listing and catalog management.
- Good knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, CSV handling).
- Understanding of product attributes, variants, collections, and categories.
- Experience in bulk product uploads.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce operations.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
