Nao Medical is launching a new Pediatrics Program focused on providing high-quality, accessible healthcare services for children and adolescents up to age 15.
We are seeking an experienced Pediatrics Program Manager who will take ownership of building and growing this service line. This individual will be responsible for developing patient pipelines, increasing appointment volume, strengthening referral relationships, and ensuring strong patient engagement across all pediatric services.
This is a highly autonomous role for a results-oriented healthcare professional with experience in pediatric program development, patient acquisition, provider relations, care coordination, or healthcare business development.

Develop and execute strategies to grow the Pediatrics Program and increase patient volume.

Build and maintain referral relationships with primary care providers, schools, community organizations, specialists, urgent care centers, and healthcare partners.

Identify opportunities to expand access and improve utilization of pediatric services.

Conduct outreach campaigns to prospective and existing patients and families.

Monitor patient conversion, retention, and follow-up metrics.

Collaborate with providers, operations, marketing, and leadership teams to support program growth.

Analyze program performance and recommend improvements to increase patient engagement and revenue.

Create and manage outreach initiatives targeting underserved communities and pediatric populations.

Maintain accurate reporting on referral sources, patient acquisition, appointment completion, and program growth metrics.

Serve as the primary operational owner of the Pediatrics Program.

USRN, NP, PA, Healthcare Administrator, or other licensed healthcare professional.

3+ years of experience in pediatric healthcare, healthcare program management, practice growth, provider relations, business development, or care coordination.

Experience building referral pipelines and driving patient engagement.

Strong understanding of pediatric healthcare services and family-centered care.

Proven ability to meet growth, utilization, or patient acquisition targets.

Excellent communication, relationship-building, and project management skills.
