Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Manager – Accounts to join our growing real estate development team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in real estate accounting, statutory compliance, taxation, and RERA-related financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Maintain books of accounts, general ledger, and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor cash flow, project-wise budgets, and cost tracking.
2. RERA Compliance & Reporting
- Manage and monitor RERA-designated project bank accounts.
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations, including fund utilization and documentation.
- Coordinate with project teams, auditors, and consultants for RERA filings and certifications.
- Prepare project-wise financial reports as required under RERA guidelines.
3. Taxation & Statutory Compliance
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Assist in tax filings and coordinate with external consultants.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
4. Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Manage vendor payments, customer collections, and account reconciliations.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and project collections.
5. Audit & Documentation
- Support internal, statutory, and tax audits.
- Maintain proper documentation and compliance records.
6. MIS & Management Reporting
- Prepare MIS reports, financial analyses, and management dashboards.
- Provide financial insights to support business decision-making.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and real estate accounting practices.
- Working knowledge of RERA regulations and project accounting.
- Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in Real Estate, Construction, or Infrastructure industries.
- Exposure to project accounting and fund management.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks applicable to the real estate sector.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
