REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in network administration, preferably within an MSP or enterprise IT environment.
- Strong proficiency with enterprise firewall platforms — configuration, policy management, and troubleshooting.
- Proven experience managing site-to-site and remote access VPN tunnels.
- Solid understanding of networking protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF, STP, LACP.
- Experience designing and implementing VLANs, network segmentation, and traffic shaping/QoS policies.
- Working knowledge of Layer 2/3 switching environments (HP/Aruba, Ubiquiti, TP-Link or similar).
- Experience with wireless network management across multiple sites.
- Excellent English communication skills — written and verbal — for direct client interaction with US stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple client environments simultaneously, and prioritize effectively under pressure.
- Familiarity with IT ticketing and documentation systems; disciplined in recording all work accurately.
