Job Title: Executive Assistant to Managing Director (EA to MD)
Role Summary:
Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Managing Director, ensuring efficient management of schedules, communications, meetings, travel, and key business priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the MD's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and confidential information.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
- Follow up on action items and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support special projects and business initiatives as assigned.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
