About This Opportunity
We are building our own CRM and HRMS from scratch. Instead of buying an off-the-shelf product, we are building exactly what our business needs — and we need a Business Analyst who can translate how our teams actually work into clear, implementable requirements for our developers.
If you have worked on a CRM or HR software implementation — even as a power user or a super-user who later moved into analysis — this role is built for you. Domain knowledge of sales workflows or HR processes is worth more than years of experience here.
What You’ll Do
- Map our current CRM and HR workflows through structured interviews and workshops with the Sales and HR teams
- Write detailed functional specifications — clear enough that a developer can build the feature without asking follow-up questions
- Create and manage the product backlog — prioritising features, breaking them into user stories with acceptance criteria, and keeping the backlog ‘ready’ at all times
- Manage scope change requests: log, assess impact, present options to the IT Head — nothing enters a sprint without approval
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with real users from Sales (for CRM) and HR (for HRMS)
- Lead the data migration mapping — defining what moves from the old system to the new, field by field
- Prepare user guides and training material before each module goes live
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of BA experience on software development or implementation projects
- Experience mapping business workflows — can show process flow diagrams or functional specs you have written
- Writes user stories with clear acceptance criteria that developers actually use
- Has run stakeholder workshops to elicit and validate requirements
- Organised and detail-oriented — comfortable managing a backlog of 50+ items
- Strong written communication — specs are unambiguous and complete
Good to Have
- Prior experience on a CRM implementation (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar) as a BA, consultant, or power user
- Prior experience on an HRMS implementation (leave, attendance, onboarding workflows)
- Familiarity with wireframing tools (Figma, Balsamiq, or draw.io)
- Exposure to agile/scrum — understands sprints, backlogs, and sprint planning
- Basic SQL or data literacy — can read a database table and understand relationships
