ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Execute Civil & Structural Design Engineering activities for Substation, Transmission, and Industrial Infrastructure Projects in accordance with project requirements, applicable standards, and engineering best practices.
Perform analysis and design of civil and structural components, ensuring safe, economical, and constructible solutions.
Coordinate effectively with site teams, clients, consultants, and inter-disciplinary engineering teams to facilitate timely completion of project deliverables.
Prepare and review design calculations, Design Basis Reports (DBRs), Bills of Quantities (BOQs), engineering specifications, and technical documentation to support project execution.
Develop and review engineering designs related to RCC structures, steel structures, equipment foundations, gantry structures, site grading, drainage systems, and associated civil works.
Review vendor drawings, material submittals, and technical documents to ensure compliance with project specifications and engineering requirements.
Support pre-bid engineering activities by addressing technical queries, preparing conceptual designs, and providing quantity estimates as required.
Function as an individual contributor, taking ownership of assigned deliverables while ensuring adherence to quality standards and project schedules.
Provide technical clarifications to site execution teams, assist in resolving engineering issues during construction, and support approval processes with clients and consultants.
Ensure compliance with relevant national and international codes, client specifications, and internal quality procedures throughout the engineering lifecycle.
Utilize engineering software and tools to improve design efficiency, accuracy, and project coordination.
