We are looking for a confident and motivated Tele Caller & Lead Generation to join our team. The role involves cold calling, engaging with potential clients, and actively generating leads through outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers.
- Introduce company services and build initial interest.
- Identify potential customers and generate qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate call records and updates.
- Follow up with prospects when required.
- Coordinate with the sales/marketing team for conversions.
- Maintain professional, positive, and customer-friendly communication.

Requirements
- 3–6 months of experience in calling / telecalling / lead generation.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Confident, presentable, and customer-friendly approach.
- Ability to handle objections and rejections positively.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
