- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices to enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate effective communication channels between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manhattan Active Order Management Functional.
- Strong knowledge of order management processes and system configuration.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex functional issues within order management systems.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with integration points between order management and other enterprise systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.
