We are a fast-growing online creative arts academy expanding our offerings to include high-quality music programs for students across multiple international time zones. As part of this exciting expansion, we are launching online Piano and Keyboard classes and are looking for skilled, passionate teachers to join our virtual team.
Role Overview
We are seeking experienced and engaging Online Piano / Keyboard / Guitar Instructors to conduct personalized, one-on-one live classes. This role is ideal for teachers who are passionate about music education, highly patient, and know how to make learning fun, structured, and effective in a virtual environment—especially for young learners and beginners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Virtual Classes: Conduct personalized, one-on-one online piano/keyboard lessons.
- Skill Development: Teach basic to intermediate keyboard skills, finger techniques, rhythm, and accessible songs.
- Music Theory: Introduce foundational music theory in a way that is engaging and easy to understand.
- Adaptable Teaching: Adjust your teaching style, pacing, and curriculum based on each student’s unique learning ability and progress.
- Foster Positivity: Maintain a positive, encouraging, and highly interactive virtual classroom.
- Track Progress: Provide constructive feedback and share regular progress updates to help students grow.
Requirements
- Expertise: Strong proficiency in Piano or Electronic Keyboard (Western music and/or Indian notation).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of teaching experience. Prior online teaching experience is a strong advantage.
- Audience Management: Highly comfortable, encouraging, and patient when teaching beginners and young learners.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills in English and/or Hindi.
- Tech Setup (Must-Have): A reliable computer, a stable high-speed internet connection, and a high-quality audio setup (good microphone/headphones) to ensure musical notes are heard clearly.
