Job Title: Nursing Supervisor
Reports To: Nursing Manager / Director of Nursing
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the work of nursing staff.
- Ensure patients receive safe, high-quality nursing care.
- Prepare and manage nurse duty rosters and shift schedules.
- Monitor compliance with hospital policies, infection control, and patient safety standards.
- Support and guide nurses in handling complex patient cases.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff.
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals for effective patient care.
- Manage staffing needs and resolve workplace issues.
- Maintain nursing documentation and ensure accurate patient records.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits.
- Handle patient or family concerns related to nursing services.
- Ensure the availability of medical supplies and nursing equipment.

Qualifications
- B.Sc. Nursing, GNM, or M.Sc. Nursing (depending on employer requirements)
