1. OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE
To manage and oversee all Human Resource and Administrative functions of the organization, including employee lifecycle, payroll, compliance, and supervision of support staff such as housekeeping, drivers, and security personnel, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Human Resource Management
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage employee engagement, discipline, and grievance handling
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Labour Laws)
- Conduct performance reviews and training programs
B. Payroll & Compliance
- Process monthly payroll, wages, and final settlements
- Ensure accuracy in attendance, leave, and overtime calculations
- Handle statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.)
- Coordinate with auditors and consultants for compliance filings
- Maintain payroll records and reports
C. Administration Management
- Oversee general administration and facility management
- Supervise housekeeping, drivers, and security/watchman staff
- Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and safety of premises
- Manage office supplies, utilities, and vendor coordination
- Handle travel arrangements and logistics for staff and management
D. Staff Supervision (Blue-Collar & Support Staff)
- Monitor attendance and performance of housekeeping staff, drivers, and watchmen
- Allocate duties and ensure discipline among support staff
- Maintain duty rosters and shift schedules
- Ensure proper conduct, uniforms, and hygiene standards
E. Policy & Process Implementation
- Implement SOPs for HR and Admin functions
- Ensure adherence to company policies across all departments
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information
3. KEY SKILLS REQUIRED
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labour laws
- Payroll processing expertise
- Leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Proficiency in MS Office
4. QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
- MBA in HR or equivalent
- 3–7 years of experience in HR & Administration
- Experience in manufacturing / textile industry (preferred)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
