About the Role
We are hiring a Product Manager in Kolkata, West Bengal to lead product strategy, roadmap planning, and execution. You will work with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and business stakeholders to build user-centric and high-impact products.
Key Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Gather and prioritize product requirements
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams for feature delivery
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Analyze user feedback and product data to improve performance
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle (ideation to launch)
- Write PRDs, user stories, and product specifications
- Track KPIs and product success metrics
- Support go-to-market planning with marketing and sales teams
- Ensure timely delivery within scope and budget
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA is a plus
- Experience in SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, or startups
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Figma, or Notion
- Experience in A/B testing and data-driven optimization
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
