Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Planning Engineer with 5 years of experience in construction project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting. The candidate will be responsible for developing project schedules, tracking progress, identifying delays, and coordinating with project teams to ensure timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules.
- Prepare baseline schedules, resource-loaded schedules, and project execution plans.
- Monitor project progress and compare actual performance against planned schedules.
- Analyze project delays and prepare recovery plans to mitigate schedule impacts.
- Generate weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with project managers, site teams, consultants, and clients for schedule updates.
- Conduct critical path analysis and identify potential risks affecting project timelines.
- Track procurement, engineering, and construction activities to ensure alignment with project milestones.
- Prepare look-ahead schedules and monitor resource utilization.
- Support claims management by maintaining schedule records and delay analysis documentation.
- Participate in project review meetings and present planning updates.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
