Job Description
We are looking for a back office Coordinator to manage administrative tasks, maintain records, and support daily business operations. The candidate will coordinate with internal teams and vendors, maintain documentation, and ensure smooth workflow within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate with the sales team, accounts team, and management for daily operational activities.
* Coordinate with vendors through calls and regular follow-ups regarding work updates, installations, and project status.
* Handle emails, follow-ups, and internal communication.
* Track pending work and update management regularly.
* Maintain Excel sheets.
* Assist in meeting scheduling and office coordination.
Requirements
* 1–3 years of experience in back office or administrative role.
* Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
* Good communication and coordination skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
