Key Responsibilities Office Administration
- Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate procurement as required.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital records.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office schedules.
- Assist management with administrative tasks and documentation.
Vendor & Material Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for project-related materials.
- Raise purchase requests and place orders as approved.
- Track deliveries and ensure timely receipt of materials.
- Arrange pick-up and delivery of documents, samples, and project materials.
- Maintain inventory records of marketing materials and office supplies.
Branding & Marketing Support
- Manage branding collaterals including brochures, standees, banners, signage, presentation kits, and promotional materials.
- Ensure marketing materials are updated, adequately stocked, and available for events and site visits.
- Coordinate with printers, designers, and branding vendors whenever required.
Sales Telecalling & Lead Management
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on enquiries.
- Introduce the project, understand client requirements, and provide relevant information.
- Qualify leads based on interest, budget, and buying timeline.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate appointments.
- Pass qualified leads to the Sales Manager for further discussions and site presentations.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups in the CRM or lead management system.
- Ensure timely follow-up with prospective buyers to maximize conversions.
Channel Partner Development & Field Outreach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokers, channel partners, and property consultants.
- Conduct regular field visits to real estate agencies, broker offices, and business associates to introduce and promote the project.
- Represent the company at property exhibitions, networking events, and promotional activities to generate channel partnerships.
- Carry project brochures, branding collaterals, presentations, and promotional material during field visits and meetings.
- Present the project's key features, location advantages, pricing, and investment potential to prospective channel partners.
- Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand the company's sales network.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with brokers and channel partners to strengthen business relationships.
- Follow up regularly with channel partners regarding client enquiries, inventory updates, pricing revisions, and ongoing offers.
- Encourage channel partners to generate qualified buyer leads and coordinate with the Sales Manager for site visits and closures.
- Maintain records of partner interactions, meetings, and follow-up activities, and provide regular updates to the management team.
General Support
- Coordinate across departments to ensure seamless communication and execution.
- Support sales events, exhibitions, and project launches whenever required.
- Handle additional administrative responsibilities assigned by the management.
Skills Required
- Must possess a valid driver's licence and own a personal vehicle (two-wheeler or four-wheeler), as the role involves regular field visits for vendor management, material procurement, broker/channel partner meetings, exhibitions, and other project-related coordination.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of CRM software is an advantage.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administration, sales coordination, customer service, or real estate.
- Prior experience in the real estate industry will be preferred.
- Comfortable handling both administrative responsibilities and client interactions.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
