Role Summary
The Billing Executive is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing of customer orders, maintaining billing records, coordinating with the sales and warehouse teams, and delivering a seamless checkout experience. The role requires strong attention to detail, customer service orientation, and proficiency in billing software and ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate customer invoices, quotations, sales orders, and tax invoices accurately.
- Process billing transactions through the ERP/POS system.
- Verify product details, quantities, pricing, discounts, taxes, and payment terms before invoicing.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure accurate order processing.
- Confirm stock availability with the warehouse before billing, where required.
- Process cash, card, UPI, bank transfer, and other payment modes as per company policy.
- Reconcile daily billing transactions and prepare end-of-day reports.
- Maintain proper documentation of invoices, receipts, delivery challans, and related records.
- Handle billing corrections, cancellations, credit notes, and debit notes with appropriate approvals.
- Ensure compliance with GST and company billing procedures.
- Coordinate with Accounts for payment verification and reconciliation.
- Respond to customer queries related to invoices, payments, and order status.
- Assist customers with warranty documentation and product-related billing information.
- Ensure timely sharing of invoices and supporting documents with customers.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and financial information.
- Support showroom operations during peak business hours.
- Perform any other operational tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Qualification
- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.
- Diploma or certification in Accounting/ERP will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in billing, cashiering, or retail operations.
- Experience in a lighting, electrical, furniture, home décor, or retail showroom will be preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of GST billing and invoicing
- ERP/POS software proficiency (Zoho, Tally, SAP, or similar)
- Basic accounting knowledge

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
