- Lead and manage the inside sales/tele-calling team (CREs).
- Handle walk-in customers
- Generate references from customers.
- Drive lead generation and conversion for gold loan/gold purchase business
- Monitor daily calling activities, follow-ups, and productivity of the team
- Ensure achievement of branch-wise and overall business targets (in grams/value)
- Provide training, coaching, and regular feedback to improve team performance
- Handle escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Maintain and review MIS reports (calls, leads, conversions, revenue)
- Ensure adherence to company policies and calling standards
