Bachelor’s degree (BBA, B.Com, Marketing, Business Administration)
- Knowledge of architecture/interior/civil field is a plus
- MBA in Sales/Marketing (preferred but not mandatory)

- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales
- Experience in architecture, interior design, real estate, or construction industry is highly preferred
- Proven track record in client handling and deal closing

- Basic understanding of architecture/interior/3D design projects
- Knowledge of drawings, renders, and models

- Conduct market research
