Clinic Coordinator
Location

Salary
₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on qualifications, communication skills, and interview performance)
Educational Qualification
- B.Sc. in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Life Sciences, Nursing, or Allied Health Sciences.
- Candidates with a healthcare or clinical background will be preferred.
Candidate Profile
- Age: 22 years and above
- Must be a Mumbai resident.
- Preference will be given to candidates residing on the Western Line to ensure convenient travel to Bandra West. Candidates from nearby Central Line locations with a reasonable commute may also be considered.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Professional, well-groomed, empathetic, and patient-focused.
- Proficient in MS Office, email, and basic computer applications. Experience with clinic/hospital software is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask in a busy specialty clinic.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
- Manage patient appointments, registrations, and consultation schedules.
- Coordinate diagnostic tests and cardiac procedures as advised by the consultant.
- Organize patient records, reports, and investigation results before consultations.
- Educate patients regarding investigations, procedures, follow-up appointments, and treatment plans.
- Liaise with hospitals, diagnostic centres, laboratories, pharmacies, insurance/TPA teams, and referring doctors.
- Coordinate admissions, procedures, and follow-up care when required.
- Maintain accurate documentation while ensuring patient confidentiality.
- Handle phone calls, emails, WhatsApp communication, and appointment reminders professionally.
- Assist with billing coordination and tracking pending reports.
- Monitor clinic inventory and coordinate procurement of medical and office supplies.
- Deliver a warm, efficient, and professional patient experience.

Training
Training on clinic workflow, patient management, cardiology investigations and procedure coordination, electronic medical records, communication protocols, and daily operational responsibilities will be provided during the interview and onboarding process.
Experience
- Preferred: 1–3 years in a hospital, specialty clinic, diagnostic centre, or healthcare setting.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills, a strong aptitude for learning, and a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
