Responsibilities -
1. Understand clients' financial goals and investment requirements.
2. Conduct investment presentations and property consultations.
3. Analyze market trends, ROI, rental yield, and appreciation potential.
4. Arrange and accompany clients on site visits.
5. Negotiate pricing and facilitate successful transactions.
6. Maintain strong relationships with investors and repeat clients.
7. Coordinate with finance, legal, and operations teams for deal completion.
8. Manage customer data through CRM.
9. Achieve investment and revenue targets.
Requirements / Qualification-
Education: Any Graduate or MBA/PGDM preferred
Experience: 1–6 years in Sales, Real Estate, Banking, Wealth Management, Insurance, or Financial Services
Freshers with exceptional communication and sales aptitude may be considered
Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills
Must own a two-wheeler
Good understanding of investment products or willingness to learn real estate investments
