Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Civil Engineer to join a premium real estate developer for residential projects. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of residential construction, site execution, quality control, measurements and contractor coordination, with a focus on delivering projects as per approved drawings, specifications and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day residential construction activities at site.
- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors and site teams.
- Monitor RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring and finishing activities.
- Conduct site measurements and assist in quantity calculations and material requirements.
- Check quality of construction materials and workmanship.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with concerned teams for timely resolution.
- Monitor contractor work and ensure adherence to project schedules.
- Maintain daily progress reports, site records and construction documentation.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials and minimize wastage.
- Follow safety standards and construction procedures at the project site.
- Assist in planning and execution to achieve project milestones within timelines.
- Coordinate inspections and ensure rectification of quality-related issues.
Required Skills
