Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through Upwork, PPH & Guru.
- Generate leads through online platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients..
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for successful execution.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business pitches to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Follow up with prospective clients and ensure timely closures.
Required Skills:-
- Proven experience is required in IT Software Development company.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Quick learner with a proactive approach.
