Main Duties:
- Assist workers and machine operators in the production process.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished products.
- Arrange and move materials within the factory.
- Help with packing, labeling, and storing products.
- Keep the production area clean and organized.
- Follow safety rules and company procedures.
- Check products for visible defects or damage.
- Support other production-related tasks as instructed by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- No specific educational qualification may be required.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual work.
- Willingness to work in shifts and overtime when required.
- Good teamwork and a positive attitude.
- Previous factory experience is an advantage but not always necessary.
Pay: From ₹13,500.00 per month
