We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Estimation Engineer to join our team for ongoing infrastructure and building projects in Meerut.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and rate analyses for civil and architectural projects.
- Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents to determine project requirements.
- Estimate quantities from drawings using AutoCAD and estimation software.
- Prepare material, labor, and equipment cost estimates.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, procurement, and project teams for accurate cost planning.
- Analyze vendor and subcontractor quotations and prepare comparative statements.
- Assist in tender preparation, bid submissions, and contract documentation.
- Monitor project costs and provide value engineering recommendations to optimize project budgets.
- Maintain updated records of estimation data, material rates, and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and client requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in estimation and quantity surveying for building, infrastructure, or government projects.
- Experience in preparing BOQs, DPR estimates, tender documents, and cost analysis.
- Knowledge of CPWD, PWD, DSR, SOR, and standard estimation practices will be preferred.
