Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized School Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations and support the smooth functioning of the school. The candidate will coordinate with parents, teachers, vendors, and management while ensuring efficient handling of administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front office and reception activities.
- Handle parent inquiries, admissions-related coordination, and visitor management.
- Maintain student records, staff records, and administrative documentation.
- Coordinate with teaching and non-teaching staff for operational requirements.
- Manage correspondence, emails, circulars, and notices.
- Support admission processes, student enrollment, and record maintenance.
- Coordinate school events, meetings, and parent-teacher interactions.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers for facility and maintenance requirements.
- Prepare reports, MIS, attendance records, and other administrative documents.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and administrative procedures.
- Handle procurement of stationery and administrative supplies.
- Assist management in daily operational and administrative tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Administration, Commerce, Management preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in administration, preferably in a school or educational institution.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Experience with school ERP/software systems.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of admission and school administration processes.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
