JD
- Promote brand and products through vending machines at assigned locations.
- Assist customers in operating vending machines and provide product information.
- Ensure regular refilling and stock availability in all vending machines.
- Maintain cleanliness and display standards of vending machines.
- Monitor machine performance and report breakdowns or service issues.
- Coordinate with the operations/logistics team for stock and maintenance
- Achieve sales and target goals through effective promotion
- Collect and share customer feedback for service improvement
- Represent the company professionally and maintain brand image.
System and Control Role:
- Maintain and update client database (CRM/Excel/ERP) with accurate customer details.
- Ensure proper documentation for each transaction (KYC, invoices, receipts).
- Follow SOPs for handling client queries, complaints, and after-sales support.
- Avoid misrepresentation of product specifications, pricing, or returns
Candidate profile
- Qualification – HSC or graduate.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, and to effectively communicate with senior management.
- Good understanding of system and technology.
- Deep understanding of sales, customer service, and budgeting processes.
- Ability to think strategically and develop long-term sales achievement plans.

Industry : From Retail Sales experience required.

Base Location : Ghatkopar ( R -City Mall), Thane (Vivana Mall), Seawoods (Nexus Mall), Vashi(Inorbit Mall), Nallasopara Mall – The capital mall
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
