Key Responsibilities
Real Estate Experience Preferred - GST, TDS, Reterns Filling
- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports to track key performance metrics.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets, create economic models, and forecast future funding or revenue needs.
- Day-to-Day Accounting Operations: Supervise accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), payroll, and ledger reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Compliance & Auditing: Enforce internal financial controls, manage tax filings, and coordinate internal and external audits to ensure adherence to local, state, and federal laws.
- Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of accounting and finance staff, ensuring high productivity and efficient task delegation.
- Treasury & Risk Management: Monitor daily liquidity, oversee investments, and provide strategic advice to executive leadership to mitigate financialRequired Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. Certifications like a CPA (Certified Public Accountant), CMA (Certified Management Accountant), or ACCA are highly preferred.
- Experience: Real Estate Exeperience ETypically 4 to 8 years of progressive experience in accounting, auditing, or financial management, often including supervisory experience.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using enterprise financial software like SAP, Oracle NetSuite, QuickBooks, or Tally.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical thinking, attention to detail, and strong communication skills to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
