We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Interior / Exterior Designer & 3D Visualizer who is passionate about architecture, interior design, and producing high-end visual presentations.
Job Responsibilities
- Design modern residential and commercial interiors and exteriors.
- Prepare creative design concepts, mood boards, and material selections.
- Develop accurate 2D architectural and interior drawings.
- Produce high-quality 3D models and photorealistic renders.
- Create walkthrough animations and presentation visuals.
- Prepare working drawings and construction details.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams.
- Visit project sites when required for measurements and design coordination.
- Maintain project quality and deliver work within deadlines.
- Stay updated with current architectural, interior design, and visualization trends.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of architectural and interior design principles.
- Excellent visualization and space-planning skills.
- Good knowledge of materials, lighting, textures, and color combinations.
- Ability to create realistic architectural presentations.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Software Requirements
Candidates should have experience in most of the following:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- Lumion
- D5 Render (Preferred)
- 3ds Max (Optional)
- V-Ray / Corona Renderer
- Adobe Photoshop
- Enscape (Optional)
- Revit (Added advantage)
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in:
- Interior Design
- Architecture
- Civil Engineering
- Architectural Drafting
- Related Design Field
