Role Summary
We are looking for a Test Manager to lead testing activities for the Aftersales Logistics program. The role will
be responsible for defining and driving the overall test approach across SIT, regression, UAT, roles and
authorization testing, defect management, and release readiness.
The candidate should be able to work in a complex global program setup involving SAP and non-SAP
systems, multiple business processes, cross-functional teams, and market stakeholders. This role requires
strong test management capability, structured execution, stakeholder coordination, and the ability to bring
transparency to quality, risks, and readiness
Key Responsibilities
- Define and manage the overall test strategy, test plan, and execution approach for Aftersales Logistics.
- Coordinate testing across business processes such as Inbound, Outbound, Claims & Returns,
Procurement, Master Data, EWM, TM, Billing, and Finance.
- Drive SIT, regression, UAT, smoke testing, and roles & authorization testing.
- Ensure test scope, test cases, test data, environment readiness, and entry/exit criteria are clearly
defined and tracked.
- Manage defect governance, triage, retesting, and closure with BU, IT, vendors, and release teams.
- Establish clear test reporting for execution progress, defect status, risks, blockers, and release
readiness.
- Support automation planning by identifying regression-relevant and repeatable test scenarios.
- Work closely with POs, Business Analysts, IT teams, regional stakeholders, and implementation
partners.
- Ensure timely escalation of risks and dependencies impacting quality or delivery timelines.
- Support continuous improvement of testing processes, tools, templates, and governance.
