Job description:
Qualifications, Skills & Experience.
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of Experience Required in HR Domain.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, promotions, and exits.
- Maintain and update employee records, HRIS, and personnel files accurately.
- Coordinate payroll processing, attendance, leave, and statutory deductions.
- Responsible for Impementation of HR Policies, Process, Hiring & Retention.
- All Labour Law Rules & Compliances knowledge.
- Check Daily Emails, register & reply them.
- Track daily Attendance of the Entire Team & Update.
- Salary Generation.
- Handle Joining Formalities.
- Handle and Issue HR Documents.
Skills Required
- Required Complete Knowledge of Computers, Printers, Bio Metric Machine & HR Softwares.
- Mandatory Complete Knowledge of Tally, Advanced Excel, Google Sheets.
- Good Communication Skills (Verbal + Written) (Hindi & English).
- Must have good knowledge of Computer.
- Must be able to work in team.
Salaries & Benefits.
- Salary Range is Rs. 27,500/- to Rs. 35,000/- per month CTC.
- Final Salary will be subjected to Candidates Interview.
- Salaried on Company Payroll

Pay: ₹27,500.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
