Perfect SP Private Limited is inviting applications from suitable candidates for the position of Counter Sales Staff at our ice candy outlets located across Bangalore, Karnataka.
Role Overview
The role is focused on front-line sales at the outlet counter. The selected candidate will be responsible for directly interacting with customers, managing quick service during peak hours, handling billing, and ensuring smooth daily outlet operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in customers and take orders efficiently
- Recommend products and upsell based on customer preferences
- Handle billing, cash, and UPI transactions accurately
- Ensure fast service and manage customer flow during busy hours
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the counter and display area
- Restock products and monitor availability throughout the shift
- Follow outlet procedures, discipline, and shift schedules strictly
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Plus Two (12th Pass) / Any Degree / Diploma
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Basic computer and billing knowledge is mandatory
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Age: Below 30 years
Work Shift & Salary Details
- Rotational Shifts: Weekly rotational shifts
- Salary: ₹15,000 per month
- Food allowance of ₹4,150 per month
