We are looking for a creative and strategic Brand Strategist to lead the development of social media strategies for multiple brands. The ideal candidate should understand consumer behavior, content trends, platform algorithms, and brand storytelling to create impactful social media campaigns that drive engagement, brand awareness, and business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Strategy
- Develop monthly and quarterly social media strategies aligned with brand objectives.
- Create content pillars, communication frameworks, and campaign concepts.
- Define brand voice, tone, and messaging across social platforms.
- Plan and execute growth strategies for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Content Planning & Direction
- Prepare content calendars and campaign roadmaps.
- Create detailed creative briefs for designers, videographers, and content creators.
- Identify trending topics, cultural moments, and opportunities relevant to each brand.
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand's positioning and goals.
Research & Insights
- Conduct audience research and competitor analysis.
- Monitor industry trends, social media updates, and platform best practices.
- Analyze content performance and derive actionable insights.
- Track consumer conversations and emerging digital trends.
Campaign & Growth Marketing
- Conceptualize social media campaigns, launches, and engagement activities.
- Work closely with performance marketing teams to align organic and paid strategies.
- Develop influencer collaboration and community engagement strategies.
- Recommend new content formats to improve reach and engagement.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track key metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, leads, and conversions.
- Prepare monthly performance reports with strategic recommendations.
- Optimize content and campaigns based on data insights.
Required Skills
- 2–5+ years of experience in social media marketing, brand strategy, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate business goals into engaging social media strategies.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and social media analytics tools.
