We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and responsible Shop Helper / Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Previous retail experience is an advantage but is not required.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers.
- Help customers find products and answer basic questions.
- Arrange and organize products on shelves.
- Keep the shop clean and well-maintained.
- Handle billing and cash transactions (training provided if needed).
- Monitor stock and inform the manager when items are running low.
- Assist with receiving and unpacking new stock.
- Support day-to-day shop operations.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 10th or 12th Pass.
- Basic communication skills in Hindi and/or Punjabi.
- Basic English is a plus.
- Honest, punctual, and hardworking.
- Friendly personality with good customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
