Role Overview
Amaatra Academy is seeking a highly passionate and driven Cricket Coach to lead and grow our Cricket program. The ideal candidate has played and/or coached at a competitive level (State / National / International) and brings a deep love for the game, strong fundamentals, and a commitment to long-term athlete development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver structured training programs focused on skill development, game IQ, athleticism, and competitive mindset
- Coach student-athletes across age groups, with clear progression pathways
- Lead team practices, conditioning sessions, and match preparation
- Instill discipline, sportsmanship, and a high-performance culture
- Identify and nurture high-potential athletes for advanced competition
- Coordinate with the school’s sports leadership on tournaments, leagues, and clinics
- Ensure safe, professional use of Amaatra’s indoor and outdoor Cricket facilities (including court setup and equipment management)
Candidate Profile
- Played and/or coached Cricket at State, National, or International level
- Demonstrated deep passion for the game and athlete development
- Strong understanding of modern coaching methods, drills, and systems (including serving, spiking, blocking, setting, and team tactics)
- Ability to mentor young athletes and inspire commitment and work ethic
- Excellent communication skills with students, parents, and staff
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
