Summary/objective
To lead the Sales and foster relationships with key clients to drive revenue growth and meet sales target within the healthcare sector.
Base Location: New Delhi
Division: Sales
Territory: PAN India
Role & Responsibilities
Adoption and promotion of the technology used in the allotted device segment.
KOL Management: Managing and engaging the key account leaders – Doctors and influencers of hospitals, urology centers and other healthcare facilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan to achieve company objectives for assigned business segments.
Participate in exhibitions, CMEs, and conferences to promote the segment devices.
Keep updated with industry information, product knowledge, and market trends to provide accurate and insightful information to clients.
Provide lead generation and support to the sales team in the closure of the lead.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.
Utilisation of the installed equipment at the all the locations (treatment sites) mapped.
Experience
5-7 years
- Prior experience of Urology is mandatory
Qualification
B-Tech / M.Tech – Biomedical
MBA (will be an add-on)
Additional Requirements
Prior experience in Urology-domain is mandatory
In-depth knowledge of the medical device industry, current market trends and competitors.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
Flexibility and willingness to travel as required to meet client needs and attend industry events in PAN india
