Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Logistics & Routing: Plan and monitor daily transportation schedules, optimizing routes to minimize costs and travel time.

Operations Management: Manage vehicle fleets and driver schedules, including handling documentation, compliance, and vehicle maintenance.

Coordination: Act as a liaison between drivers, staff, vendors, and management to ensure timely services.

Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to transport regulations, safety standards, and security protocols.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records, generate daily reports, and manage invoicing or vendor billing.

Problem Resolution: Address urgent issues such as vehicle breakdowns, delays, or employee queries in real-time.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in logistics, transport.

Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in GPS tracking, transport management software, and MS Office.

Abilities: Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and make quick decisions.
