- Execute interior fit-out work based on blueprints and design plans.
- Manage and coordinate on-site workers and trade teams like carpenters, painters, and electricians.
- Run daily morning huddles and plan daily tasks.
- Solve unexpected technical issues or design mismatches on the spot.
- Write daily progress logs and reports on delays or issues.
- Update project managers and coordinate with vendors or clients.
- Track labor hours and overall project timeline goals
- Check incoming raw materials against purchase orders for quality.
- Inspect finished work to make sure it matches high standards and fix flaws quickly.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
