About the Role
College Guru is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Executives to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the organization's growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with prospective students, institutions, and business partners.
- Generate leads through calls, referrals, field visits, and networking activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Present College Guru's educational services and partnership opportunities.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into successful admissions or business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and business activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly business development targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in any discipline.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
