Job Description: Executive Assistant / Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are looking for an English-speaking professional to provide administrative support to the Director, manage travel arrangements, and coordinate daily activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director with daily administrative tasks and coordination.
- Communicate professionally in English through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Manage flight bookings, hotel reservations, and travel itineraries.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, appointments, and follow-ups.
- Handle travel-related documentation and expense records.
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external vendors.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth execution of assigned tasks.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Experience in travel booking, administration, or executive assistance preferred.
Preferred Experience:
- 0–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Travel Coordinator, or similar role.
- Experience supporting senior management/directors will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
