Job Description:
➢ Directing production planning & control activities with accountability of strategic utilization of available resources & machine loading as per monthly production schedules.
➢ Handling daily planning, scheduling & management of production and ensuring completion of targets within cost parameters.
➢ Maintaining & controlling quality standards & plans to check all activities on shop floor, examining the methodology for specific operations and maintaining all quality records as per PRC for maintaining QA & QC norms.
➢ Drafting monthly raw material calculation as per production plan given by PPC department.
➢ Preparing & implementing quality assurance document as per IATF 16949:2016 & OHSAS
➢ Handling Internal and External audit and clear Audit Nonconformity Report (NC).
➢ Working on ECN as per design change or any parameter change by customer.
➢ Giving Purchase Requisition as per raw material requirements and daily SIR and IGR through ERP.
➢ Preparing Skill Matrix plan for monitoring and training team members to ensure operational efficiency and safety work environment.
➢ Working on DOT analysis. Making SOP & work instruction as per machine and its working procedure for smooth operations.
➢ Effectively working on Rejection Analysis on daily basis and find its Rout Cause Analysis (RCA) and monitoring rejection making CAPA.
➢ Developing new trial job as per guide line of R&D team.
➢ Maintain 5S activity, inventory control & use of PPE's, follow safety rules on the shop floor.
➢ Preparing weekly manpower schedule as per manpower requirement.
➢ Handover the daily production to VDD department and daily production reports to the Quality Dpt.
➢ Overall responsibilities of daily production.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
