Theatrica is seeking a passionate and dedicated Theatre Trainer to join our team and inspire young minds at RKL International School in Charholi, Pune. If you have a deep love for the performing arts and experience in children's theatre, we want to hear from you!
Role Overview: As a Theatre Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering engaging drama education using Theatrica’s specialized curriculum. You will serve as the creative guide for the students and the primary liaison between our organization and the school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train and mentor students using the curated theatre material provided by Theatrica.
- Direct four short plays over the course of the academic year.
- Coordinate seamlessly between the RKL International School administration and the Theatrica core team.
Requirements & Skills:
- Strong foundational knowledge of theatre arts, with a specific focus on children's theatre and pedagogy.
- Proficient in basic scriptwriting and stage direction.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Location: RKL International School, Charholi, Pune
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Timings: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
