Core Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Manage the Managing Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules. Prevent scheduling conflicts and organise itineraries.
- Communication & Correspondence: Act as a primary bridge between the MD and internal or external stakeholders by screening calls, prioritising emails, and drafting official letters.
- Meeting & Board Support: To compile Board papers and ensure they are sent in good time for meetings. Prepare agendas and record meeting minutes.
- Documentation & Reporting: Compile performance reports, executive dashboards, and departmental updates into cohesive briefs for the MD.
- Confidentiality: Maintain strict discretion when handling sensitive corporate, financial, and personal information.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience supporting senior executives or managing office administration.
- Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and modern collaboration tools.
