We are seeking a talented, dedicated, and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Payal Jewellers. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of jewellery and the market, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to increase sales and profitability. They will engage and educate customers while creating a delightful shopping experience for both English and Hindi-speaking clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and achieve monthly revenue targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Provide expert guidance on various types of jewellery, gemstones, and metals.
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable products to maximize sales.
- Stay updated with jewellery trends, market changes, and economic factors affecting the industry.
- Build long-term relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, providing effective solutions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom.
- Collaborate with management to plan promotions and marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a sales executive, preferably in jewellery or luxury retail.
- Strong understanding of jewellery types, market trends, and pricing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Hindi.
- Confident, persuasive, and able to handle customer objections effectively.
- Knowledge of economic factors affecting the jewellery industry is a plus.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
