Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join our UK Car Finance Claims Process team. The role involves interacting with UK customers, checking claim eligibility, collecting required information, and assisting customers throughout the claims process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to UK customers.
- Verify customer eligibility for car finance claims (HP/PCP agreements between 2007–2024).
- Collect and update customer information accurately.
- Assist customers with SMS verification and E-sign procedures.
- Guide customers through the claims process and provide support whenever required.
- Maintain professional communication and ensure a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
