Roles & Responsibilities:Accounting & Financial Management:
- Prepare and enter journal entries.
- Reconcile accounts, process payments, and manage invoices.
- Finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual books of accounts.
Payroll Management:
- Process payroll and ensure statutory deductions, including ESI, PF, and PT, are accurately managed.
Tax Compliance:
- Handle Direct and Indirect Taxes, including Income Tax and GST.
- File monthly GST returns and manage GST payments.
- Manage TDS deductions, payments, and filings.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Prepare and oversee the yearly budget, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Team Leadership:
- Provide direction, monitor performance, and foster professional development within the accounts department.
- Collaborate with the finance team on accounting projects and initiatives.
Customer & Vendor Relations:
- Communicate with customers and vendors regarding payments and invoices, resolving discrepancies.
Administrative Tasks:
- Manage filing, correspondence, and maintain customer records.
Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems, etc.).
Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in the Accounts field.
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA in Finance.
