About the Role
MSM Unify is looking for a driven Relationship Manager RM for its EdTech sales division. The ideal candidate has strong B2C sales experience in EdTech, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping students find suitable educational programs.
- Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities via outbound calls, lead follow-ups, walk-ins, and referrals.
- Engage with prospective students and parents to understand career goals and recommend programs.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing admissions.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of lead activity and sales conversions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding for students.
- Provide market insights and feedback to support strategic decisions.
- Mandatory Requirements
- At least 10 successful EdTech B2C sales in prior roles.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple leads efficiently under pressure.
- Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends if needed.
