Job Title: Career / Sr. Career Counsellor (Inside Sales)Role Overview
Drive student enrollments by engaging with prospects, advising them on UG/PG programs, and guiding them through the admission lifecycle. This is a target-driven, inside sales role requiring strong persuasion skills and a passion for education.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion: Transform inbound leads and database calling lists into active admissions.
- Student Counseling: Guide prospective students via telephone, online chat, and walk-ins regarding course options and admission procedures.
- Data Management: Track daily calling activities, manage queries, and maintain accurate records within the CRM.
- Feedback: Collect and consolidate feedback from program participants.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experience: Proven track record in sales (experience in the education sector is a major plus).
- Skills: Exceptional communication, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency in CRM software.
- Mindset: Goal-oriented, customer-centric, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Eligibility Note: Maximum age limit is 31 years.
Pay: Up to ₹650,000.00 per year
