We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Interior Site Supervisor to oversee interior fit-out projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing on-site activities, coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring quality workmanship, and delivering projects on time while maintaining safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily interior fit-out and finishing works at project sites.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team.
Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and timelines.
Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards.
Ensure proper use of materials and minimize wastage.
Maintain site safety and ensure compliance with company policies.
Resolve on-site issues and provide timely updates to the Project Manager.
Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
Coordinate material deliveries and ensure availability as per project schedule.
Attend client and site meetings when required.
